1. General Requirements for residents of Nicaragua

• Fill out credit application.
• Copy of I.D
• Payroll Stub (Including INSS).
• Reservation and initial deposit receipts.
• Credit references.
• Bank Statements (Last 3 months).

 

2 - General Requirements for residents of USA or Canada

• Fill out credit application.
• Copy of identification card, U.S. passport or Nicaraguan (first page with seal of the last entry).
• Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
• Bank statements for the last 3 months.
• A nicaraguan co-maker residing in Nicaragua.
• Two letters of reference from persons residing in Nicaragua.
• Credit Report (Equifax, Transunion or Experian).
